An endowment fund is an investment fund set up with the purpose of supporting the long-term initiatives of the organization in a sustainable way. Your gift or loan to the endowment fund is invested indefinitely and allows for interest to be earned on the principle. Any income produced by the endowment fund can be utilized to support projects and programs, expansions, and sustainability initiatives. The endowment fund will provide the financial stability and flexibility required by the organization for ongoing, impactful growth and development initiatives in support of children and families using the Centre.
Gifts to an endowment fund can come in many forms, including donations, insurance policies, securities, and interest-free loans.
